We went camping this weekend with our kids and our friends' family. When we got the kids to sleep, we sat around the fire and talked. Dates don't have fancy or long. It is just about connecting without the children. We had a great time watching the fire and chatting.
The second date was last week. I rented
American Reunion. We loved all the
American Pie movies.
American Reunion was a good flick too. I made apple pie to eat on our date. We had fun laughing our way through the movie. After the movie was over, we did class superlatives. We went to college together but we were allowed to use anyone we both know. Our daughter, Caitlin, won both our votes for Most Dramatic. It was fun to see if we agreed with each other on the categories.

How fun! I want to see that movie, though my husband would have nothing to do with it! We too finally went on TWO dates this past weekend!
