fall is my favorite season of the year. When I threw my back out (i do a lot) but once it was extremely painful. I could not step on my foot, it was so bad. My older son came and gave me a bear hug and something clicked into place and I was brand new. Like night and day. The next time I did it he said let me do the bear hug again and I said no don't touch me. So scary especially when he didn't know what he was doing. lol Otherwise it takes a few weeks to get back to normal. I hope you get well soon.
