We had a wonderful date this week. The in-laws had the kids sleepover their house. We took advantage and went to the outlets for some shopping. It was Dave's birthday so he had some loot burning a hole in his wallet. The trip to the J. Crew and the Polo Outlet took care of that. I love the clothes Dave brought. He will look like a pack of crayola crayons. He has bright green, orange, and turquoise shorts. We had fun browsing the stores and chatting. The best part is we didn't even look in any kids stores.
We had a yummy dinner at a Mexican restaurant. We enjoyed chips, fajitas, margaritas and good conversation. It is such a nice treat to get out for a couple hours of shopping, dinner, and relaxation.This was date 50 out 52 for us.

Sounds like fun! I need a date night...Or a year of weekly date nights. I'm thinking of doing this with my DH. Once we get settled, it'll be easier.
