I was finally well enough to workout Wednesday and Thursday. This bronchitis and sinus infection really knocked me for a loop. I didn't work out for 2 1/2 weeks. That is a lot for me. I did the elliptical for 50 minutes on Wednesday and 20 minutes on Thursday. I also did the weight training circuit for 30 minutes on Thursday. It felt good to workout but I still don't feel 100%.
I brought a new scale. There is a 2+ lbs. difference from my old scale. Boo! It also calculates your body fat %. That was depressing. But hopefully motivating. I also finally got a tape measure.
I tracked my calories yesterday.
I have a little more than 2 months till our trip to Disney. I really want to lose some weight before then. I know we will take a tons of photos there. Nothing like hating the way you look in photos. I would love to be at my goal weight by the fall although it will probably take longer to get there than that.
I'm trying again after being sidetracked by illness. I really hope I lose this week.
Hope your week was better than mine fitness wise. What did you do?

I chaperoned a dance and cut a rug with one of my co-workers on the floor. It was a better workout than I get on an elliptical ;-)
I have to get more motivated!!!
