Although I'm thoroughly sick of the snow, seeing someone who does enjoy the snow makes me happy. Be sure to go Leigh vs Laundry to see more photos that are bound to make you happy.
I brought the game Imaginiff for our date night. It sounded like a fun game. You write the players' names on the board and fill the rest of the spots with people everyone knows. Then you guess which person best answers the question on the card. Too bad I didn't read the game box carefully, I did not notice that you need at least 3 people to play. So Dave and I played the game by answering the questions, but didn't worry about the board.

Here are some of my favorite questions:
Imaginiff Dave were a board game. Which would he be?
1. Sorry
2. Risk
3. Last Word
4. Imaginiff
5. Trivial Pursuit
6. Checkers
We both agreed that he would be Last Word. Neither of us know how to play the game but still agree that it fits him.
Imagniff we were each taking our driver's license test. Which player would wear racing gloves?
We both agreed on which friend that would be.

This date turned out to be really fun even though we couldn't play the game properly. We had fun discussing our answers and the reasoning behind them. Like most good dates, it is the talking that helps you feel connected.
This is date 42 out of 52 for us. Go to Simply Modern Mom to join in on the fun. Simply Mom is no longer posting weekly dates but I still want to finish the project.

Very cute. Little snow dog angels!
I love the snow picture. Am melting here and wish we had snow.
Also love that game. Sounds like a lot of fun.
I have a black lab and I LOVE when he does that outside. He's allergic to grass so I wish he wouldn't in the summer because he gets ear infections but it's still adorable :)
What a funny dog to love the snow so much!
=)
awwwww puppy is so cute! :) Great photos!
that is another fun date night - I figured Dave might be Trivial Pursuit as he strikes me as someone who would be up on that kind of stuff..
Awwww- love the dog in the snow. My dog loves the snow but sadly for him- we only get it once a year.
OMG, he is so cute!!!
Good for you for keeping up the weekly date nights!
I love that game!
Never heard of that game but it sounds really great! How fun! ANd I love your doggie pics! Dogs and snow are just so fun!
Your pooch has me laughing - my neighbor has a golden and says she can't keep him inside when there is snow outside! Great photos.
There are entirely too many games that need 3 people. That makes me crazy!
Those doggie photos are adorable!
Haha - your dog cracks me up. My dog was like, Whaaa? to the snow. I could barely get her to go out when we had snow on the ground a few weeks back.
I think our dogs are twins!
I'm so amazed that you and hubbie stick to this date night - for so long - I would never be able to pull it off!
