Beautiful but I imagine it's a lot of work. I wouldn't have enough pans to make this all at once, not to mention oven space.

I'm not a huge fan of rainbow cookies, but this looks YUM! I will say I'm coming over right after reading Wee Shenanigan's post, tho, and now, uhm, the whole rainbow thing has a different - shall we say - feel to it. ;)

I've wanted to make one but I keep putting it off. Maybe for my husbands birthday. I just don't feel like having the clean up of more than 8 different bowls. :) Looks yummy though.

you are such a good mom. I have seen this before once or twice and vowed to make it, but still have not. I suck. But I know my kids would LOVE IT! the pic is making me drool!
