It is no secret that I haven't felt motivated when it comes to my diet. I feel like a hit a breaking point this weekend. I think I finally have eaten enough chocolate, candy, chips, and other junk to get the urge out of my system. I feel motivated. It has been a long time since I have felt that way. I've kept track of my calories all week. Hopefully I'm finally getting my act together so I can make some progress. I'm keeping my fingers crossed.

Oh I am not far behind you. Tried on some shorts today, that helped:)
I have been on "sweet overload" lately and I think it does get to the point where you can't tolerate any more junk. (although it does take me a long while to get to that point ;-) I'm attempting to cut back on my sugar consumption.
If you are motivated; seize the opportunity to make some good progress :-)
