This week we celebrated my husband's birthday. We went out to dinner with 3 other couples for Indian food. We don't eat Indian food very often but it was delicious. It is always fun to try new foods. We had a fun time joking around with the other couples. The photo was of our yummy dessert. We even went out to a local bar for a couple drinks before we had to get home to relieve our tired babysitters ie my parents.

This is date 9 out of 52 for us. Go to Simply Modern Mom to join in on the fun.

Great photo of the cupcake!
OMG! The porcupine cupcake is hysterical! And the bent-spoon dessert presentation is the coolest thing I've seen in a while. I think I'll try bending some spoons this afternoon.
LOL - the cupcake shot is awesome!!
That's a regular bon fire!
Cupcake flambe! I hope you had a fire extinguisher handy. ;)

That cupcake ROCKS!! So funny!
That could be the picture for a greeting card! You know, those 'so you're over the hill, somebody call the fire department, too many candles' kinds of cards. :) Really funny! I can't believe you actually got them all in there!
Happy Birthday to the Birthday Boy!
