I actually thought the commercial was a parody until I watched it all the way through. I remember hearing about a glaucoma or macular degeneration medication with that side effect that they were trying to market for cosmetic purposes..must be it. I think it's just freaking getting out of hand when women are resorting to growing their eyelashes for pete's sake...save your money for something more important and just use mascara and/or falsies...sheesh!
I couldn't believe this commercial when I saw it, either. Brown spots on the eyelids and permanent discoloration of the iris? I figure it must actually be some kind of dye, that just makes the lashes look thicker, longer because their darker? No thanks.

Wow. I've never heard of this. Those side effects scare me. Not sure I'd want anything to happen to my eyes.
Yeah I saw that commercial too..although, I guess if I wanted to use that it wouldn't make much of a difference to me!
