Not Me Monday-The Bed Edition

My son has not been a good climber since before he could walk. I sure was not surprised to see my son climb into his crib. I did not take photos of this event because I did not find it so funny.

He did not fall directly on his head.
He was not completely thrilled by his achievement. He did not climb into and out of his crib multiple times that day.

We did not decided immediately to buy the boy a big boy bed that night. The bed was not set up the next night. Davey did not cry hysterically for an hour at bedtime that night. We did not try to put him back into the crib after trying to calm him down. The next night at bedtime, Davey did not behave as if nothing happened and said, "Night, night. Bye, bye." He did not close his eyes and go directly to sleep without a peep. I was not completely thrilled.

MckMama is our host at My Charming Kids . Go over there to see what other people are not doing this week too.

Woo hoo!

But I hope you did NOT just jinx yourself for night 3. I know all about that.

Oh, the joys of a boy who loves to climb. Been there, done that...
happy NMM

He is eerily like my oldest. We went through that same thing when he was 15 months old. And yes, he still climbs everything.

I love the picture where he is on his hands upside down in the crib!

Oh how funny! Great pictures. I have been known to grab the camera at totally inappropriate times as well, makes life fun doesn't it?

Check out my Not Me! Monday to see what I didn't do this past week.

I'm glad he likes his new bed :-) It will be a lot safer than diving headfirst out of the crib. I still remember when my son did this and scared me half to death- and that was over 10 years ago :-)

Thanks. Needed that laugh. I love the picture with the feet in the air. Obviously this provided him with tremendous balance for landing. LOL.

Ha! We're doing this right now with our youngest. Night one went well. Wonder what we'll face tonight!
Good luck! :)
